Very noisy on the highway side. We have stayed here many times. Prefer rooms on the parking lot side. This is the first time we have ever had a noisy person above us. Could not figure out how to use the TV with new controls. Instructions would be helpful. The young woman on duty was kind enough to come help us use the microwave with a cheerful attitude. She was very knowledgeable and demonstrated excellent customer service skills.

Staff was friendly and everything was clean. The heater sounded like a jet engine, the door was 50/50 if it would open or not, the safety chain was not installed, and general maintenance just did not seem to be a priority.

The area is convenient. The door on our room was finicky to open and clearly had been kicked in before. It was okay for just one night and the price. Limited interaction with the staff, but every time the front desk clerk was generally unfriendly and doesn't seem like she wants to work there.
