Gurgazu Hotel & Travel Guide
For those that are wanting to stay near the heart of Gurgazu, Travelocity offers a number of accommodation options In which to hang your hat. Gurgazu boasts 8 hotels within a 6-mile (10-kilometer) radius of the downtown area.
The U Capu Biancu is up there with the most ideally situated Travelocity-listed accommodation options, one of not many choices that are within walking distance of the Gurgazu downtown precinct.
The Casadelmar is located 14 miles (22 kilometers) away from the heart of Gurgazu. An alternative accommodation option is the Resort Valle dell'Erica Thalasso & Spa, which is about 13 miles (20 kilometers) away. You could also check out the amenities and rates at the Hotel La Coluccia or the Hotel Capo d'Orso Thalasso & Spa.
Once you and your family have explored Gurgazu, how about you explore a little more of the region? The Corsica district has a number of things to look at. Photographers will appreciate Corsica's beaches. While you're at it, go to some of its ruins, traditional villages and fortresses. Visitors and locals alike in this part of France love mountain biking.
Looking for activities? Consider spending a few hours enjoying Cimetiere Marin and Sperone Golf Club, which can be found in Bonifacio, 2 miles (3 kilometers) northwest of Gurgazu. The Lodge De Charme A Cheda and Hotel Genovese are just some of the hotel and apartment options in Bonifacio. 13 miles (21 kilometers) to the north of Gurgazu, you will find Porto-Vecchio, which boasts the Résidence Hôtelière Alcyon and Hôtel le Goeland. While in Porto-Vecchio, be sure to check out the Palombaggia Beach and Santa Giulia Beach.
When arriving by air, Figari - Sud Corse Airport is a primary airport for Gurgazu. Just a cab ride away is Clos Simoni.
