Enjoy views of Kiva Dunes Golf Course and the Gulf of Mexico from the 3rd floor main living area. The beach boardwalk is a just short walk away, so you will create many memories in this luxury home with 2 master suites and all it's comforts. THE POOL DOES NOT HAVE A HEATER OR A HOT TUB!
