The condo was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the dolphins in the mornings. Location was wonderful being so close to restaurants and surf shops! We can’t wait to come back!!

The property was well kept, and well managed. Check in and communications were excellent. The overhead microwave was not working, however there was a counter top unit there that was working. The master king bed is a little squeaky and not the best. However, the other 2 beds were great. The patio furniture was perfect for the whole family to enjoy the wonderful balcony. We actually extended our stay for a day. It was a wonderful place to stay, and it's near all the main drag attractions.

Spring Break with Grandkids

We enjoyed our stay at Seawind. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. The large balcony was a favorite location for all. The kitchen was well stocked. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to a convenience store to pick up the things you forgot (coffee filters and grill lighter). One of our favorite restaurants, the Sea and Suds is next door.

Very nice

Can't go wrong with a beachside condo in a perfect area in a super place. The elevators were quick - a big plus when on the 14th floor. The only thing that we would have liked was if there was a shower stall instead of only tubs in the bathrooms - but I always take a suction handle with me to help us old guys with stability. We also knew to take basic supplies to get us through the first day until we got back from the Walmart. We brought coffee, water, paper towels, bath tissue with us because we didn't want to buy whole packages just for 2 weeks stay. All in all, a good winter break. We are considering a longer stay for 2026.

Minor issues, but great stay overall!

Had some minor issues that were a bit frustrating (constant construction on the property, challenging parking [which was due to construction on the parking deck], appliance failures, roaches in lobby, and broken elevator during checkout) and if it wasn't for those, I would have given 5 stars. Property management also did warn us about construction, but it was near when the trip began. All-in-all though, our family still had an absolute blast and I will say the communication from property management was always consistent and they responded VERY quickly to all issues reported. The location is probably among the best I've stayed at down in GS/OB area and it's SO easy to get to the beach. Highly recommend; especially once construction and the other issues are resolved.

July Stay

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was very clean and well maintained. There was an abundance of beach toys, wagon, and extra stuff that had been left by previous guests/owners. While we did buy a few of our own things, we were very happy to borrow some of the things. This condo was equipped with everything we needed stay wise as well.

Most Beautiful Stay

It was just as described. We loved our stay. The check in was super convenient and they made sure you knew what to do. They even texted information about local events happening in the area for us to experience. The bedrooms were nice, clean and had TVs. The kitchen was very well stocked! It had every utensil/pots/appliances we needed. The splash pad was perfect for young children and the beach was right outside the condo!! The only difficulty we had was with the elevator and parking. If you hit the timing right it won’t be a problem though. Check in time 4pm-7pm was the busiest time and I would avoid trying to use elevators at this time. It was also hard to find parking at night. We went fishing late one night and as we came back to the condo there was zero parking. However during the day this was not an issue. Just plan when you travel out. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overpriced, loud and not relaxing.

The entire condo was tired looking and not well kept. We’ve stayed at many condos over the last 15 years and this was our least favorite and was one of the pricer. We wanted to stay in a different location but were gravely disappointed. The pool was super small and completely crowded. The beach is open to the public because a public access opening is right next to the condo building so the beach was entirely crowded. Plus the beach chair company people were rude and inhospitable. The elevators were slow, extremely hot and one of them kept breaking therefore it took over 15 minutes to grab an elevator. We ended up walking stairs up to our 14th floor twice. Good exercise but disappointing. The halls were loud throughout the night and woke us up several times throughout our stay. I would not recommend this condo building nor our condo to anyone. It was not worth the price. We will not visit again.

The Best Stay Ever!

Everything was just as the picture showed. The property was immaculate, the ocean view was amazing and the host was so accommodating. My husband and I absolved loved waking in the morning with the view and sounds of the ocean. There was easy access to the elevator and parking garage. The parking spaces were a bit small but adequate. Overall, this was the best vacation spot/oceanfront experience we have had. We will definitely return! Thank you, Abby!
