This condo was accurately described and very clean! I loved the location & the short walk to the beach. Balcony seating had to be my favorite part, super comfy balcony seating!! Oceanside Views & Stocked for Beach Fun!

My family and I (wife and two children ages 8 & 12) spent a little over a week in this condo in mid-April and could not have been happier. Weather was beautiful and all of the wonderful beach items in the closet on the balcony really cut down on the number of items we needed to travel with.Unit was nicely decorated, bedding was very comfortable, everything worked, internet was quick when I needed to do a little remote work on my laptop, and everything was very clean. Before our stay the host was great with communication and got us everything we needed well in advance of our trip. Highly recommended!

Ocean House going down hill

Condo was nice, as advertised. Ocean house complex is not the same though. Have been going 20 years, beach is now eroding, security is rude to tenants about the most meaningless things. It’s almost like they don’t they don’t want you there. Well that might be what they get.

This property has everything you will need. It was very well stocked, with everything from chairs to water toys, to everything you need to cook. Everything you would want In a rental. Sweet place - building can be loud in the early morning

Very sweet place, well stocked, super convenient to everything. Owner quickly dealt with a few minor issues. The overall building is musty selling (no fault of owner). Also noticed that in the early morning hours (4am-7am) the outer hallways can be a bit loud with doors slamming and trash compactor/trucks banging metal.

Seventh time in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. This was easily the best. Easy check in, ample parking (yes, you pay for it everywhere on the beach) and a fantastic view. The unit was well stocked with linens and kitchenware. We were pleasantly surprised to see the available beach amenities in the unit - chairs, umbrellas, floats, etc. It saved us from another trip to Wal Mart. The owners and guests were mostly families. Well behaved and respectful. We will assuredly seek this unit for our next visit!
