¡Este sueño frente al Golfo es un condominio de tres habitaciones y dos baños que se encuentra a poca distancia del Hang-Out! Puedes salir del complejo a la playa. Hay una piscina al aire libre que está en el centro del complejo para que usted disfrute.

Este condominio es perfecto para las familias! Dentro de la unidad, hay tres habitaciones amplias. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size, y el tercer dormitorio tiene 2 juegos de literas. Todas las habitaciones y la sala de estar tienen TV. Excellent Experience!

We had an amazing week staying at this location. Beach side access was a huge plus, as well as waking up to a view of the beach from our living room. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Loved that it was a “corner spot” right in front of the stairs. The kids loved the loft area with bunk beds. The management company were amazing and very accommodating. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend staying here. It was perfect for our week long stay in Gulf Shores!

Great Location

The condo provided us with everything we needed. Great views and close to everything. The kitchen was well stocked. Advice for older couples. If your planning on sleeping upstairs please know the steps can be a challenge for older people like myself. I would book again but with only 2 couples.

Enjoyed the stay. Would have been nice for 2 elevators. Pool is in the shade a lot of the time.

The place was great. The condo is older, but our room was rentivated. Check in could be much earlier. Lose half a day. Nice place 👌

Gulf Shores

Renting a condo is not for us, we had to do this in order to find that out. I think we were expecting no sand dunes in front of the building. The third floor was also not to our liking but we knew that it was a 3rd. Fl. I would have liked more boutique shopping closer. Food was not great. I will tell you this Poole Inc. was very responsive and had great communication. I would recommend them. I just don’t think we like Gulf Shores.

Our stay at the regatta

While their were issues. They had just finished rebuilding after the hurricane. Any small issues were handled quickly and efficiently. Wonderful views. Comfortable beds. I would recommend staying here.

I’m Ready To Go Again!!!

This condo was perfect for my family. Walk out the door, beach to the right, pool to the left, walking distance to everything. don’t get any better than that. I sat out on the lanai in the mornings drinking coffee and watching marine life. What a way to start the day! It was clean, plenty of room for our local friends who came to hang out, kitchen well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Loved the decor, the loft was perfect for the kids. My only complaint is... we had to leave. I hope it’s available next trip down.

Great view of the beach!

Regatta 305A has a great view of the beach! Overall the condo was nice. Well kept and generally clean. Had a couple of weird evenings with a hootin' and hollerin' session with some of the other guests. We coined the phrase, the Redneck Regatta. Overall though, great experience and love Gulf Shores!

Nice place to stay with family.

The condo was clean, the teens enjoyed having there on space away from the adults in a bunk room. the kitchen was a little small, It was in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. The beach was absolutely beautiful.

Great condo with the best view!

Our family of 7 and our little dog enjoyed our 3 night stay. The condo was clean and had a great ocean view and a nice iew of the city. It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and other fun places. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful time and kids loved the loft area and felt they were staying in a tree house. The condo had everything we needed and the view was superb. The only thing that I would give as constructive criticism is that the bathtub really needs to be replaced. Other than that, the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice and the whole condo had a comfortable, clean feeling.

Dirty, Broken and Noisy

We were excited to stay at the beach, with a nice view and peace and quiet. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but. There was exterior wall repair going on all week right outside our unit that we were not informed about ahead of time. They left a mess on our patio, including debris and nails. The unit itself was dirty and there were several items requiring repair. Two of the four dining room chairs were coming apart, one sliding patio door had a broken handle, the outside light was out, as well as one of the bathroom lights. The hard floors obviously had not been cleaned in a long time; you could not walk barefoot without getting the bottom of your feet extremely black and dirty. Guest bath tub needs repair. The unit was an extreme letdown, especially since we used to stay at the Regatta as a family several years ago, and were looking forward to making new memories. The owner/property management company should take more pride in this unit, and make the changes necessary for a better experience for future guests.
