Mustique 1902 is a 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath condo with beautiful views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon from the 19th floor. There are only two units per floor.

• Access to the Gulf-facing balcony is from the living area. Access to the Little Lagoon balcony is from both of the bedrooms on the north side.

• Wood floors are in the bedrooms and tile is throughout the remainder of the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats eight and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed. The primary bathroom has a double vanity and a large jetted tub.

• The second primary bedroom has a king-size bed. This bathroom also features a jetted tub.

• The third bedroom has two full beds

• The fourth bedroom has a king-size bed

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Nice getaway

We came down for a week over our thanksgiving break. Loved the condo, great open floorplan, indoor pool, outdoor pool (too cold to get into this time of year) and most importantly close beach access. This unit is up on the 19th floor and provides a spectacular view of the sunrise and sunset from where it sits. It has double balconies which provides views of the ocean and also the lagoon. The beach access is a short walk across the road, wasn't too long and we had four kids in tow. We would come back for another vacation at some point. Plenty of things to do around the area, lots of restaurant choices. Overall a great stay

Wonderful Place to Stay

Mustique 1902 was wonderful. It was all that we expected it to be. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were just as described and the beds were comfy. The balcony was probably our favorite place to sit. We could see the the dolphins and watch the waves. The pools were very nice. The boardwalk to the beach made going to the beach easy. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Tennis tournament

The property was perfect for our group. The unit is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Views of the gulf and lagoon were spectacular. Pool, hot tub and dock on the lagoon were great. The only downside is the two car parking rule but we did work that out. Also, I was a little disappointed in the pillows on master bed and quality of the towels. Everyone in our group said they would come back. Price of condo was very reasonable.

A week at the beach

Overall our stay was wonderful! Highly recommend the upper floors at the Mustique! Kitchen was a great size. Beach access was fantastic and it was never super busy, but we were given the wrong beach boardwalk door code and luckily got it from other vacationers. The sheets were uncomfortable and didn’t fit the bed very well. Lastly, it wasn’t very clear where to put our garbage. We finally found the trash chute down the hall from our door.

We had a great time, enjoyed the view, loved having the privacy on our side. Easy check -in, easy access to the pool and ocean. The dishwasher wasn’t working and in no time they had replaced with a new one. Views were spectacular!!!! If you had to complain about anything, TVs are outdated, but who is watching tv! 😊 You may want to tell the person in charge of cleaning to check the silverware, and dishes were dirty, if that is part of their job. Beautiful Views

This property was so beautiful and clean. The balcony was everyone’s favorite place to hang out. The private beach access across the street was so convenient. The only downside was the washing machine needed to be repaired. Fortunately we were notified of this beforehand. The pier and outdoor pool was also not accessible. And the Keurig coffee maker needed to be descaled, unfortunately I found that out at 5 AM wanting to watch the sunrise. Lol

WONDERFUL CONDO!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The condo is the top-notch of luxury. Amazing views of the water. We stayed in the back bedroom with views of the lagoon and it was breathtaking. The A/C unit was extremely powerful and always kept the condo cool, even with all of the windows. My only very *small* complaint was that we were in town several hours before we were able to check-in. We asked if we could get in early. We were told no, but no one was in our condo before us. We were waiting at the door, right at check-in and the code did not work until 5-10 minutes after check-in time. I understand that there are rules, but if it does not hurt anything to let us in early, I wish they would have worked with us.

Invisible Inspector

We arrived early,but of course could not check in because a property inspector was suppose to come before our arrival but never arrived.However, the key code allowed us into the property after 4pm. Had an inspector came the day of arrival ,we would have told them about the following: floors needed sweeping and mopping ,the rusted baking pan and the old pots to removed from this lovely slice of Heaven. An employee did arrive the following morning to tidy up

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay at this condo! We had 6 adults and 2 kids and this was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and comfortable, the views are outstanding. We all wanted to live there and talked about our next vacation there! We loved that the bay is on one side and the gulf on the other. Hurricane Sally took out the pier and damaged the outdoor pool so they were not available for use. We weren’t aware of this, but the kids ended up enjoying swimming in the indoor pool, so that was ok. The floor to ceiling windows were great when a storm rolled in and created a spectacular lightning show for us. We loved our stay and will be back!

Wonderful Place

We absolutely loved the condo! Sitting on the balcony and watching the beach was the best. The facility had plenty of room - furniture was comfortable. We would love to stay here again!
