The condo was gorgeous and the building and location was too! Everything related to the owner and unit was fabulous! The management and cleaning company, on the other hand, were terrible! We were not allowed to check in for two hours after the communicated check-in time because the unit has not been cleaned yet. When we finally were able to get in, we found trash in the beds! Literally, found a half dozen half full drink containers and chip bags IN the bedding! Very concerning! We also found trash on top of the frig. The main tv was not working either, so a smaller, much less quality tv was placed in front of it (with no note or explanation) and it was not connected to anything. we immediately messaged and emailed the property company via the contact number and email requesting help. We were obviously assuming the bed sheets had not been changed since the beds were full of trash. WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM A SOUL FOE THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY DEIONG OUR ENTIRE WEEK LONG STAY. Nine days after I filed the formal complaints, I got an email from someone saying it was a busy time and they apologize for the uncleanliness. Ummm… That's very poor ans unprofessional service! I would love to return to that condo again, but will NOT do so because of the management company, Liquid Life! Steer clear of them! With so many other quality management companies out there, there is no need to go through an experience like this. Definitely not what we paid for! I feel sorry for the owner! She really needs a new management company because her unit is fantastic!
