❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🚮 Trash Chutes are West of the elevators.
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
🔹 According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
🔹"Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
🚗 Parking pass fee is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival, please place it in your vehicle immediately.
🔹 Parking pass price is $30 per vehicle per stay.
🔹 Maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed per unit.
🔹 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
GETTING AROUND:
👣 Walking:
Since Sanibel Condominiums are located directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance to some restaurants, walking is a great option for short trips around the area.
🚲 Biking:
Biking is a popular mode of transportation in Gulf Shores, and there are several bike rental shops in the area. You can bike to the beach, explore the nearby neighborhoods, or even ride along the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail.

If you're planning on exploring further afield, you'll need to rent a car. There is plenty of parking available at Sanibel Condominiums, and driving is the easiest way to get around to the many attractions in Gulf Shores and the surrounding area.

🔹 Uber and Lyft ride-sharing app/services are also available in Gulf Shores. This can be a great option if you need to get somewhere quickly and don't want to deal with the hassle of parking.
🔹 Traffic can be heavy especially during peak season and ride apps booking may take time so be sure to allow extra time for travel.
