Seawind is centrally located near local attractions such as restaurants, deep sea fishing, parasailing, wave running, shopping, The Amphitheater at the Wharf, and Waterville USA, just to name a few! Several local shops, restaurants and bars, including popular destinations such as The Hangout and Sea and Suds are within walking distance. Enjoy amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from this two bedroom with a bonus bunk room, two bathroom condominium in Seawind Condominiums. This is a freshly remodeled unit!! In the condo, there is cable TV and internet to make you feel right at home. Both bedrooms are furnished with TVs and private bath access. The living area has a TV and a DVD player as well. There is balcony access from the den and master bedroom. In the master bedroom, there is a king-size bed. In the second bedroom there is a queen-size bed. There is a sleeper sofa and the bonus room offers full/twin bunk beds! Therefore this unit can comfortably sleep up to nine people! This unit has granite counter tops in the kitchen and in the vanities in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs! We had a wonderful stay. The condo is in the perfect location. It is close to several restaurants and souvenir shops. It is decorated beautifully and stocked with all the essentials. We loved this place. Located directly on the beach with a lot of places in gulf shores within walking distance. They have great balcony furniture to accommodate 7-8 people. I will definitely be back.

Perfect Get Away

Overall a great experience!!

The property was beautiful. It’s right on the beach and the ocean view was phenomenal! Better than TV. Full size refrigerator and washer and dryer made life very convenient. Thick walls, so there’s not much noise from the neighbors or the ocean while closed. I wish there had been slightly better communication about the pool being refinished during our stay, since we had communicated that we were bringing young children, but we understood it was the off-season. The neighborhood had no shortage of things to do: Shops, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores Park and lots of attractions are all nearby. Overall this was an excellent experience!! Thank you for sharing!

Annual family beach trip

Overall my family and I had a great experience with this property. The owner was very responsive and checked in occasionally while we were there. Great view of the beach and condo was very nice and clean, updated , and accommodated my family very well. If we get the chance to come Back we will. Great Christmas vacation.

Great location - Comfortable Patio Furniture

Norma was extremely responsive and helpful. We had 2 teenagers and 2 adults. We had plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. We loved the patio furniture, it was very comfortable and a perfect place to enjoy the amazing views. We loved being able to walk to several shopping and restaurant locations. 2022 spring break vacation

This was the best experience and it was very memorable. It's perfect for families or couples. It provided a very nice place to get engaged to my future wife on the beach. The owner is very caring and was always available. Would definitely consider this condo for an escape. We will be returning in the near future.

Beautiful balcony with amazing balcony furniture and the best view of the gulf from 15 floors above.

Great place and plan to return. Norma is a great host and had everything ready before we checked in. Want to start a “pay it forward”theme. We left toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins. As well as garbage bags and ziplock baggies in assorted sizes. Hand soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets. Nice to not have to run out for them. We hope everyone enjoys Norma’s condo as much as we did!! Will be back soo !!

Meeting halfway for the holidays

My sister's family and I met in Gulf Shores to celebrate the holidays together. The location was amazing and we enjoyed both sunrise and sunset views each day. The condo is beautiful and family friendly (with durable furniture and decorations). The beach and swimming pool were enjoyed (yes, even in January) by all of our littles, and the location put us close to everything we wanted to explore. Thanks so much for an amazing time Norma!
