The spacious living room provides a cozy gathering spot, and with a queen-size sofa sleeper, the condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

In the well-equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances and ample counter space await the family chef. Adjacent to the kitchen, a small pantry doubles as a laundry area with a stackable washer and dryer. Enjoy meals at the dining table that seats 3 people or at the counter with seating for 2. The possibilities for enjoyment are endless at Beach Club 208C.

After a day of adventure or beachside relaxation, retreat to the primary bedroom, where a king bed promises restful nights. The ensuite bathroom features a tub and shower combination, along with 2 vanities for added convenience. The second bedroom, perfect for children, features two twin-over-twin bunk beds, offering a comfortable space for them to unwind after a day at one of The Beach Club's many pools. A second full bathroom with a tub and shower combination is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door.

The Beach Club has so much to offer with so many things to do you will never want to leave. Right in front of your Beach Club Catalina building, enjoy a spacious outdoor swimming pool. Just to the north of the Avalon building is the entry to The Beach Club walking trail. This beautiful trail winds through the Cottages of Beach Club where you can spot all kinds of natural wildlife! The Clubhouse at The Beach Club has even more amenities to offer. Right through the beautiful Clubhouse doors, you are greeted with the entrance to The Spa at The Beach Club where you can pamper yourself with every spa and salon treatment imaginable or relax with a variety of massage options. Upstairs, you will find Coast Restaurant which features fresh seafood dishes, amazing drink menus, and beautiful views when you choose to dine outside on the Clubhouse veranda.

For a family-fun dining atmosphere, enjoy some pizza or wings at The Village Hideaway and then play 9 holes at your dream golf course on the HD golf simulator, try your luck at a game of billiards, or enjoy the arcade games. Looking for something different? During the spring and summer seasons, enjoy a variety of cuisines on The Village Lawn with food trucks, live music, and fun family activities. The primary renter of this condo must be 25 years of age or older and be present during the duration of the stay. This is a non-smoking property, and no pets are permitted.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
