Room was extremely spacious however I’ve never been in a 4 star hotel they didn’t provide rope or slippers without being charged and the WiFi was very spotty that it barely worked , however it does give you an option to PAY for better WiFi . Absolutely absurd

The room was great and I suppose that should be enough for a 4 or 5 star review. The lower rating was because of service. First a $14 USD per person for a shuttle to the airport (8 min away) is highway robbery - especially if you are in a group of 2 or more. Uber was only $6-$8 with tip $10 and it took 4 persons. The bar closes early (on a Sat night). No room service.

Staff were quick and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Dropping a star because I paid extra for a city view and we were put on the 6th floor of 18 and our view was of the roof of a different part of the hotel. It looks like it could have been a really cool patio for our room, but there was nothing out there. And the rooftop area could use a lot of work.

This isn’t a luxury hotel, but the location is excellent, the rooms are clean, comfortable a d larger than most other properties and having a fridge, microwave, good shower and wifi make this hotel a good choice for short stays near the airport. Actour only important criticism is that its isn’t well noise isolated.
