Hotel GRACE LA MARGNA ST MORITZ
"Overall this hotel was good, but not our favourite on this trip. The service and staff were wonderful but the fact that a 5 star hotel like this does not offer air conditioning was surprising. We know Europe is mixed on air conditioning but this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, with modern amenities. ..."

Schloss Hotel & Spa Pontresina
"Superb Spa facilities very brand new and large, but the man who ran it was very rude and refused us access as he wanted to close it early so he could go home. Even though it was all still open - 15 mins before close (we only wanted one go in the sauna). It was running but empty with no one in it. As we have sadly found in various swiss places, there is a lack of customer service - mostly unfriendly or unhelpful, especially as we had a small baby - Italy is MUCH better. Excellent breakfast with prosecco. Melissa at the desk was very lovely and helpful, very charming. The hotel has been clearly refurbed - needs outside decorating now."
