"The air was out in the lobby and the dinning area of the bar. We anticipated being able to eat and enjoy dining and the bar area during our stay but they never got the air conditioning running. It caused us to have to use a Lyft out each day to find dinner, have a drink etc. There was not a discount offered which I thought should have been offered being that many book hotels based off amenities. We also did not have access to a microwave in the general area for use. When I inquired they advised that I would have to rent one from them at a rate of $15 per day and they only had two available for the entire building. I requested to speak with the supervisor and I never received a call back. When we arrived at our check in time, our room was not available. We had to go to dinner straight off the plane. A little work that needs to be done to provide excellent customer service."
