"We flew in from Arizona and stayed at the Drury this past weekend for a business event in Dallas. The hotel itself and our room was very clean, the staff was pleasant, and the included breakfasts and dinners were very good and a much needed amenity for our busy schedule. On the second day, we noticed that somehow an infestation of ants got into our room and we called the front desk to ask for a transfer. They immediately transferred us to the top floor in a nice room with high ceilings and also replaced our pack n plays + sheets for the babies as the ants had gotten into them. We understand that things happen, we were not upset about the instance and instead were very pleased with how quickly they moved us to another room and checked on us that night and the next day to ensure everything in our new room was good. We were very pleased with our stay and will stay here again in November when we travel again for business!"
