"wasnt told at time of reservation that the hotel was under construction untill day of check in we had no other choice then to check in and stay because of last minute notice we were woken up at 7am by the noise and water was shut off for a wile till i called main office to complain "

Made for 4.6-4.7 but needed it for 4.7-4.8. i immediately reached out to the hotel to cancel/adjust, but they pointed me to expedia. They reached out to the hotel who said that i would be billed anyway and couldn't be cancelled. this was 10 days in advance of reservation. i continued to press and was told by Expedia that it was the hotel that would not allow a refund or rescheduling. NEVER EVEN CHECKED IN. I NEED A REFUND!!!"
