Everything was great except the tub had lots of mold around, and also the carpet was not cleaned completely. There were crumbs around, and I found a dirty plastic fork underneath the sink.

An OK experience but not great.

We checked into a room with a wet carpet so we requested another room. That was quickly accomplished, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was just OK with not a lot of choices. The pool was closed, which was disappointing. The hotel is in a nice area and is easy to get to. The staff was nice, though our towels were changed 1 day out of 3 while the beds were strangely not made nor the soap changed. The beds were a little soft for my taste.

Needs some work

The beds were comfortable. It was fairly quiet. BUT…. The bathroom was gross. There was mold/mildew all over the shower. Like there was no attempt to clean it. It just looks like the whole place needs some repair and deep cleaning. There were stains on the curtains and shower curtain. Paint chipping all over in the bathroom.

The pool was closed! There was no notice when we booked, just a sign on the door. Pros: 1. Staff was very friendly 2. Amazing water pressure in shower 3. Location Cons: 1. Facility needs major updates! The staff is trying to keep things cleaned that need to be replaced 2. The bathroom was gross! Fix the caulk 3. Plugs in lamp did not work and there are no wall outlets 4. Room smelled musty from the AC This location has such potential but they have not kept up with the facility. There are other, better hotels in the area that I would recommend over this one.

This is thev3rd time in 3 years we have used this hotel and the advertisement says there is a pool. All 3 times I've called directly to be sure the pool was open and all 3 times the answer was yes. All 3 times, it's been closed for our whole stay. I dont feel we should pay full price for the room since thaye #1 lying about the pool being open and false advertising.

Mold and Rust! Property is outdated!

This property is due for a serious renovation. The bathroom had mold and rust all over the tub! They had no water available to drink according to the front desk person.

The pool was closed. Apparently this has been an issue with this hotel, would have never booked knowing this. Didn’t clean room. Snacks and soda limited supply. No manager on duty. Over priced for what it was.

A Great Stay

The overall stay was great. The bathroom need some updating. The toilet ran every 10-15 minutes and we were there 5 days. The tub mat should be replaced or bleached as well as tub needs a tub stopper and re-caulked or bleached.

We've stayed here in the past and it was a nice hotel. But I can't say that anymore. Staff was friendly but maintenance and general upkeep is sorely lacking. Mold, and dirt have taken over the place. Motel 6 is now an upgrade from this place.

I checked in at 3:00 PM on a Friday. Upon entering my room I heard the toilet running. I couldn’t get it to sop running. Consequently I reported it to the front desk. The lady at the front deskinformed me that unfortunately the maintenance man had just left for the weekend, but she would write it down(whatever that means). I then asked for a change of rooms I was informed that there wasn’t any other rooms available. So I had a horrible nights rest do to the noise of the toilet. Saturday I reported it to Travelocity. But nothing happened. Sunday Night I gave up and checked out at 3:00 am frustrated and exhausted. My concern is that my concerns did seem to faze anyone at hotel. It was just live with it until maintenance eventually gets there. Consequently I gave up on the third night and checked out!

The smells

Black mold all around it the bathtub in the shower area. Black mold on the pullout couch mattress. Don’t even know how that’s possible . rotten milk in the microwave it was under the turning plate was so bad the whole room stank we had to have the microwave removed from the room. They had no air freashener but we used dryer sheets to fix the smell. only one person on staff working but she seemed really nice quick easy check-in. kids loved the muffins for breakfast. The fumes in the pool made it hard to breathe and your eyes burned. Water was cold. Pool had water dripping from the cielling some kids accidentally popped one of the water bubbles dripping and a pool of sewer water fell down. We have stayed at Fairfield Inn before, but this one was just disgusting. Would not recommend anyone staying here. If there was other options I would’ve paid the extra $20 a night down the street if I had known we were gonna be in these conditions.
