The staff was unbelievably wonderful. We had a ferry fiasco, so Lorie and John made sure that we had somebody at the front desk when we arrived at 3 AM. Krista was an absolute joy in the morning. You’re team members made a sure our stay was a delight, Thank you. 🙏❤️

We were initially given a room where people with a pet had previously stayed and it smelled awful. When we told the helpful front desk staff, they made it right by moving us to another room, where we got lots of fresh air. It was a lovely place to spend Christmas.
