Check in was a hassle as the staff did not know how to use my debit visa for a hold on the room. The suggested to cancel my stay and go to the Ramada who knows how to do this. It was unacceptable to try and make us go to a different hotel.

This is where I'm disappointed with the hotel. There is minimal parking in front of the hotel, the large capacity overflow is an underground parking lot. We have a Ford F150, not raised at its standard height, I've been in many underground parking lots and multi level parkades. Upon entering the gate, there is a large steel pipe hanging on a chain, as I slowly went forward we could hear it sliding and grinding the roof. My question is, why wasnt there a sign advising all small sedans or low height vehicles use the underground parking and have the pickups and vans use the upper outside parking. I am very displeased with this.

Room was not clean. Someone’s left over sock was on the floor. And there was food on the floor beside both beds. Worst hotel breakfast I’ve had of any hotels.
