The room was in terrible shape. There were several dents in the walls, a big area that had plaster in it but hasn’t been sanded and painted. Bathroom door had a hole in it. There was no light in the living room area. The bar to hang up your clothes was broken and carpet was dirty. The only redeeming factor was that the bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. We were on the second floor and there was no elevator so hard with heavy luggage since we’re seniors. Very disappointing!

The room was bigger than I expected. The curtains did not close so the light from outside came in and it was harder to sleep. I changed in the bathroom due to this. The balcony was a "Shared" balcony that I did not like. The side door was often open for anyone off the street to walk in.

Staff were welcoming and kind. That being said room was in very poor condition. There were stains on the sheets, walls, bath matt and lamp shades to name a few . The room was fine for what we needed but wouldnt recommend for those that require cleanliness.

I have no idea where this hotel gets its maids from, what maid doesnt pull out furniture to clean the floors , specifically after people whom use fentynal and leave there drug parinfiela behind , what if i had a child with me the child would of died or gotten hurt, the heater was broken ful of orange peels the toliet didnt flush , there was no soap or shampoo only one towel , the staff their need to do their jobs and go into the rooms and check on the maid whom cleeans their rooms for guests to see if they physically did clean from the last person , this is the second time ive stayed and i was really grossed out from this alone .

Staff had no personality. There were gross dirty and cigarette burnt carpets. Bath fan wiring hanging out and cover missing. TV remote didnt work and the bed coverings had what appeared to be blood stains. The pillows were tiny and few. I slept fully clothed with socks on for fear of bugs.

The room was very old. All furniture had knicks and scratches. The bed skirt and bed cover were dirty. The toilet seat and bowl were dirty. Water damage on ceiling unrepaired. The ceiling fan was filthy. Base board tiles in bathroom half off the wall. Terrible stay.

There was a small stain on the bed sheet and cigarette burns on the bed skirt. The fire detector was not missing and wires exposed. Lightbulbs were burnt out in multiple rooms. There was tape over half the electrical sockets. The door frame around jam had a bunch of damage like someone tried to break in.

Without a doubt the nastiest place I have stayed in. Patched leaky ceilings.. furniture picked up on the side of the road. Peeling walls, carpet beyond repair.

Someone just entered my room at 4:30 am who was double booked to my room. Not a pleasant experience at all. I was trying to call the number given but the AI responder is not even efficient to settle complaints like this. So I just hanged up. I’m sorry but my experience in this booking was not pleasant.
