Comfort Suites Visalia Convention Center
I tried taking a hot shower, after 15 minutes of letting the water warm up it didn’t. I called the front desk, they came to look at it turns out the handle was installed backwards. Management knew about this problem & never said or posted anything in the room about it.

The staff was ok they didn’t awards that their was a back building that’s part of the hotel and at these stay they threw us to that un attached building to the hotel besides they didn’t aware us that the elevator was not working when he had to stay in the second floor .
