Great hotel. First day didn’t have any hot water in the shower. And the drain for the tub was plugged. Still an awesome hotel and will stay there again

Hallways carpets were perpetually dirty, don’t know if they vacuum. Towels had marks on them. Glass tumblers had yellow substance in them. Key cards were not working, had to go to front desk for them to constantly fix.

Super disgusting stay!!! Checked in with my three young children for a soccer tournament. THERE WERE ROACHES THE SIZE OF RATS IN MY ROOM !!! 😱One crawled into the shower with me!!! I complained to the front desk and they said they would change my room... after the game, I came back to switch rooms and the new girl at the desk asked me repeatedly who told me I could have a new room. After a while, I was told there were no rooms available to move, but they would send someone up to spray pesticide in my room. When I didn't think that was a great idea, they offered to comp me and my children breakfast. In the morning, they asked me repeatedly who told me we could have free breakfast. After another long while, they gave us a menu of continental breakfast items to choose from. When I got home, I was told by my wife (who made the reservation) that I had free breakfast included in my room rate. Not a great experience. I would not recommend. Plus there are bugs.... big ones!

The hotel was convenient to what we needed to do. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable, but had a room in the small tower and it is by the freeway, heard alot of freeway noise. The water pressure in the shower is horrible. The pull out mirror that you can use in the bathroom for putting on make up is in the most stupid place i have ever seen in a hotel room. On a wall, between the counter and the toilet and it doesn't even pull out far enough to use it. Should be on the wall with the light switch over the towels, near the door. Other than that, stay was very pleasant.

I didn't like that smog from the highway filtered into my room. Also, the highway was noisy and my room was on that side. I tried to go to the restaurant but no one would seat me. At least two staff saw me waiting at the reception desk and just walked out and noone came back. So I had to go out at a late hour and find something to eat in a nearby town. It is a good location near the park. There was noone at the front desk when I arrived and I had to wait.
