Room was nice and clean, better than expected, coffee was good, rest of breakfast sub par, my key stopped work the second day and I had to get a new one, staff was polite. 9.2 overall seemed high to me, but it is a nice, confortable place.

Beds are tight in a very small room, no space to move around or sit. Good for a couple but not a family. One elevator only which is extremely hot and humid inside and located only in the front area, so if your room is on the backside, prepare to walk. Very loud parking area, no monitoring of people or cars so felt a bit scary and risky. Heard a man yelling for 20 minutes outside. Close to the outlets and walking distance to one restaurant.

The air conditioner did not cool sufficiently, and the toilet did not flush properly Contacted the desk and the lady in charge changed my room. Problem solved. Other then that everything was fine. I would stay there again.

Beware! Very bad smell due to old and poorly maintained air conditioning. False pictures from the website. This is not a hotel but a motel (your door room is directly outside). Very old and refurbished but below standard. I cannot believe the 9/10 rating on Expedia. This is a scam with false ratings. Another example: there is no room in the kitchen for the morning breakfast…they added a tent in the parking lot for their guests. I did not stay the 2 days I booked and left after one night. Avoid that place and go to Holiday Inn IHG.
