This is a good but perhaps not five star hotel. The staff were great (especially at breakfast, which is a treat). +++ location, window views, staff are professional, hardworking, helpful with happy pleasant demeanours. --- bed too soft(personal preference only) Internet signal was very very weak on the highest floor. Food from room service wasn't great. Would stay again.👍

Housekeeping could have been better. Water glasses were not properly cleaned, a bath towel put in our room after cleaning was dirty, wash clothes were forgotten one day. Also, a problem with HVAC, was turned off inexplicably and had to call down to rectify.

This hotel was really nice! Huge breakfast selection, big rooms with AC, nice and receptive staff. The street is very quiet and nice but still very close to everything.
