Weather prevented us from full use of the property. Beach was easily assessable, pools and hot tub appear to be in good condition. Rooms are small and outdated but are acceptable for the value of the stay. Beds were comfortable

Everything was great! Amazing pool and firepit area. Dog friendly. Nice boardwalk to the beach. Most private beach Ive ever been on. Bikes on property. Everytbody was really nice. Huge room! Bar serves food. Loved it. Will be back.
