Bear Lodge - 3 Bedroom Luxurious Log Cabin, Private Hot Tub and Mountain Views

Bear Lodge is a luxurious 1200sq ft three bedroom, two bathroom lodge that comfortably sleeps 6 people with further room for 2 on the sofa bed in the lounge.
This well appointed lodge has spectacular mountain views of the mountains through and above the trees and is tucked away in a private woodland setting.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also a second bathroom on the main floor. Two bedrooms each have a king bed that can be split into singles and one room has a Queen bed.
The quiet upstairs bedrooms make Bear Lodge ideal for a family holiday with children, two or three couples or a multi generational trip.
This cabin is perfect for nature watching from your deck and hot tub.
Bear Lodge has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and stove. The deck also has a gas grill BBQ. The dining area can accommodate 8 people and there is a propane fireplace, wifi, smart TV and HDTV with sat channels and a Blu-ray DVD player.

Ski/Board Out is a 25 min drive to runs from the property.

Kicking Horse is 20 km away. Revelstoke is 90 minutes drive. Lake Louise is 1 hour and Banff is 2 hours.

We are a place that enjoys peace and quiet and offer that to guests with the same goals.
Please do not come if you want to have a party, event or outside music. While this is a private location, there are other lodges on the property and they may well be enjoying a quiet soak in the tub. We are here for people to enjoy the peace and quiet in a very beautiful location. People yelling and shouting will be asked to leave. The hosts live on the property and will monitor. Please avoid confrontation and do not come if you can't agree to these policies.

A beautiful log cabin fitted with all the comforts we could want. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were so comfortable. Great quality linens and towels. This was such an outstanding home base for exploring the Canadian Rockies! We visited Banff and Lake Louise, but Golden was a much more down-to-earth place to come back to. Plus, the house was beautiful - it felt remote, the view was wonderful, and the fireplace with firewood provided was so nice... strongly recommend!

A fantastic time at a fabulous cabin

The cabin is impressive - the owners’ artistic talents evident in the coordinated paint throughout the 2nd floor to the beautiful photos that decorate each room. Everything is high end, well thought out, and immaculate, with wonderful perks like cushiony bathrobes in each room - ideal to wrap up in after a dunk in their fabulous jacuzzi.

Amazing location and home

Beautiful location in the woods, super clean, lots of kitchen tools, lots of towels, great hot tub, fireplace, Disney, heating, horses to feed, landscaping, BBQ, firepit with wood to chop, . Really impressive! Thank you so much for all your care with this property, it was a great place to just stay put and relax with the family. There are mosquitoes, but it's worth staying at again!

We really enjoyed our time at Bear Lodge. It is the perfect distance from town to feel secluded, but still be able to go back and forth easily for meals (maybe a 5-8 minute drive to town). Seeing the horses with the mountains behind them was just peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub multiple nights (it was already setup for us) which was a nice end to the day. Make sure you are aware there is not A/C in the cabin. There are plug-in fans provided. It was definitely already getting warm outside when we were there in the beginning of June.
