Busy spot off highway, but booked a nice room with hot tub although we never managed to check out the pool/waterslide. A bit overpriced for what you get, but beggars can’t be choosers.

Room had good quality beds and bedding..A king bed made the room too small. Toilet seat too low for average height people..as well as seniors with mobility issues. Name not very visible on building as on booking sheet. Google had trouble finding it !

Overall, the room was very spacious and well-suited for a family of four. We appreciated the comfortable layout and the space it provided. However, I did want to bring one concern to your attention. We contacted the front desk to request an extra pillow and a clean sheet after our daughter accidentally spilled chips on the bed. We were told someone would bring the items within a few minutes, but unfortunately, no one arrived, and our follow-up calls went unanswered even 30 minutes later. While this was a minor issue, I believe it’s worth noting as part of the overall guest experience.

Kitchenette had full size fridge and stove. Building is a bit older but clean. Weekend in summer was busy but that's too new expected. Got tub, pool and sauna are open late, until 11:30pm which is great. Would stay again

The pool was insane and not family friendly. The dryer and washer are terrible, maybe they are antiques from a museum. The pair of machines only accept certain coins (grab loonies). If you plan on laundry, go to a laundromat instead; you’ll save a few hours.

Breakfast was okay and the rooms were clean, so no issues there. However, the pool area could definitely use more attention—it wasn’t very clean, the slides and sauna needed some extra care, and there weren’t many chairs to relax. Also, no towels anywhere by the pool. We later found out you have to go to the front desk to get them, which is pretty inconvenient when you're already in the pool area.
