We only had a short one-night stay at the hotel but enjoyed it. The room was a bit on the smaller side but had lots of amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc). And the area was beautiful, wish we had more time to explore. The room numbers can be a bit confusing as ours was something like B402 and there was also a different room 402 (without the B). They did mention this when we checked in though.

Great place to stay to get out of the town and be in a mountain. The room could have used a more thorough cleaning as it was fairly dusty and the rug needs replacing. Staff were friendly and we would probably stay there again.

I liked the separate kitchen and table space as as the couch and tv area. There were not fitted sheets so the sheet kept coming off which was uncomfortable. I also felt in a quite a king sized bed would have been better but good stay overall.

The general upkeep of the property is poor, it is expensive with no amenities. There isn’t any air conditioning, the fan provided had two inches of dust on it. The hot-tub wasn’t working and even if it was the area around it is less than inviting. The staff however were wonderful and made the stay much better.

The room and facilities were very nice especially at the surface level. There were a couple of things in our room that were not safe. There was a wicker chair that was falling apart and we felt it was not safe to sit on. Also, one of the night stand drawers’ slider was broken and the drawer could have fallen on someone’s foot when opening it. It also would have been nice to have a small table to work at in the room. Other than these things the room was nice and comfortable.

Dirty room with a booger on the bath handle, the suite had paper towel for us but probably about 4 sheets.. was told 11am check out and had staff knock then try to walk in around 9am while i was in my underwear. Expectations from photos did not match the reality. Friendly front desk staff is the only positive

Duvet and pillowcase had stains on them. We asked for a sheets change on the third night of our stay due to a sick baby, and they simply left the linens for us to change ourselves. When you pay $300+ a night I would expect much better service than what we received. We will not stay here again but it unfortunately was one of our only options at the time of booking.
