We stayed for three nights and had no towels, constant loud banging noises throughout the night, slow internet, dirty conditions, outdated furniture, and beds that were sinking and uncomfortable. We were unable to get bedding for the hide-a-bed. The desk attendant was snarky and unapologetic about it. Every drawer in the room was full of garbage at check-in. There were no pool towels. The hallways and elevator were soaked from people not being able to dry off at the pool. We had reservations to return at the end of the month, but canceled and found somewhere else to stay.
