We checked out early. Firstly, the room was subpar but I was like fine, could be worse…then when I needed ice, I had to go up to another floor and ALL THE WAY down the hall just for ice, but still wasn’t complaining. About 4pm on Saturday, after a nap, after leaving my belongings in this room for a whole day, I had to kill a cockroach while using the bathroom!!! We just gathered our things and left at thiat point. Disgusting.

I was placed in room 123 the morning that I woke up there was a roach on my bed, so I was moved me to room 122 in that room, I was bit by something while I slept. I did not report it to the front desk because I just didn’t want the hassle, I just didn’t want them to think that I was making up things but, i will never stay there ever again.

I am upset. I had hip surgery and it was suggested to me get into jetted tub after physical therapy. I chose Baymount because it was close to where i go physical therapy. I have frequently this establishment several times. This time customer service was non existent. I booked a room with sofa sleeper and jetted tub . No, sofa sleeper and the jetts were dirty and one is broken so i was able to utilize the jetted tub.
