Chaos and no tables so shared with a couple who clearly weren’t happy. Queued for 10 mins to get hot drink, then queued another ..."

"Nice hotel, on site restaurant is ok and I’ve stayed here a few times for work and it’s been good. HOWEVER. They have now changed to Ringo parking which you must pay for in advance. And the only options are 12 hours and 24 hours for a ridiculous £25.50! Sadly for that reason I won’t ever stay here ..."

Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC
"Nice hotel. Ideally placed for Hydro events, with direct access from the car park. Front desk staff were excellent. The room was well equipped and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed. Air conditioning made a hell of a racket when turned up, and one half of the toilet flush didn't work, so a bit more attention to maintenance wouldn't go amiss. The only issue that drags the hotel down was the lack of bar staff and their lacadasical approach to customer service. The place was very busy, but some of the staff worked at a snail's pace and showed little interest in serving customers in the, very long, queue."
