"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We arrived and walked down to a room in another building , it was a dirty, poorly maintained disgrace, smashed window in the room , cobwebs , pint peeling g , lights hanging out if the ceiling and stains on the floor … SO we asked for a better room it was room 4 , ignoring the noise from in the bar the peeling wall paper and black mould and flaking paint it was ok ! Oh the bed was a 4 poster but not actually built more leaving together. The shower was pointless the smell from the drains horrendous. We would have complained but when we got back after an evening’s entertainment we came back to staff brawling and shouting at each other somewhere behind reception so gave up. When I complained in the morning I was asked to email in ."
