Le Grand Balcon
The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Toulouse. I arrived on an early morning flight and the staff were very kind and got my room ready early for which I was very grateful.

Lovely hotel in an ideal setting. Room was small and lacked a window for natural light. Ceiling in the bathroom was extremely low. Shower in bath for those 5ft 6 and under.

Teeny tiny room that wasn’t big enough for the twin beds in it - the door couldn’t open fully and you had to squeeze past the wardrobe and bed to get in. The twin beds only fit when jammed flush against one another, so it might as well have been one bed anyway. The room was very clean though

Didnt like any of it Room was dirty No hand soap Flys loads on wall and door sick of them i was Air Con was broke Bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned Paid £6.50 for breakfast which was terrible and hardly any choice Staff cant speak English and didnt seem interested Never comeing back ...
