They did not have a hot tub, even though the websidte,stated they did.. when asked was told that it was taken out 4 yrs ago.. front staff was friendly, facility was clean. The breakfast was not up to par, was cold ceral, nothjng hot such as egg, sausage and or backn.. will not book again.

Couple direct observations to say to summarize the experience - cockroach crawling across the nighstand, dry pet feces on the floor, water stains on the bathroom ceiling around fan light that had black mold on it. Would not recommend.

Cockroach siting

Before checking in, I needed to use the restroom outside of the indoor pool. The toilet paper dispenser was broken, the hand dryer barely worked and no paper towels to dry my hands. Check in went smoothly but we were only picking up our key. Upon return to actually enter the room at 12:30am, I made it a few steps into the room when my husband turned on the lights. Immediately I saw a bug on the wall. Closer inspection, it was indeed a German cockroach and it skittered behind the headboard. We left. Requested a cancellation and refund. Still haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email. The charge for the room is still pending in our credit card - here is to hoping for the best
