If you’re looking for a nice, comfortable, and not to crowded location this IS IT!! Came in with my husband and we were agreed by the front desk staff and they were kind to us. We mentioned we were from LV and driving back home but what do they recommend around the area to just chill for the evening. Well they told us locations and the times they all close!!! I would recommend for the quality and the attention to details they have.

Elevator broken, pool unusable.

The elevator is broken (3/21/25) and will not be working for another 2 weeks. So, if you love stairs I definitely recommend this. Normal these days but no cleaning unless asked. The pool had such a horrifying level of chlorine the first day we couldn’t even use it. Kids were coughing & crying everyone was complaining. When I brought this up to the hotel, I received an eye roll. So, charged full price for an expensive hotel with no pool or elevator. I should’ve stayed at the Argo.

The hotel and room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The proximity to I-70 means you hear a lot of freeway traffic noise, however that also means it's very convenient and easy to get to. Staff was very pleasant and helpful each time I came through the lobby. Unfortunately the elevator broke down on my second day and was not fixed at check-out on my third day. Otherwise it was a good stay. Really great location for access to mountain resorts.

This is a nice hotel. The staff were polite and efficient at check in. The hotel is kept quite clean and generally in good repair. I stayed in the same hotel 2 years prior to my recent stay and have seen no decline in overall condition. One big downside during my visit was the lack of a working elevator. We were told it would probably be repaired within several days, which doesn’t help during my one night visit. Nevertheless, I would stay in this hotel again.
