Booked a roll in shower accessible room and did not receive that room. Also, the black out curtains were broke, and we had light in our room all night along with very thin walls hearing all kinds of knocks from other rooms and floors. It was a restless night.

Giant HVAC fan outside our room made if feel like we were experiencing interstate road noise all night. Also, the bathroom door would not shut which would be problem if you needed privacy. Sheets were a little ruff compared to Drury where we stayed night before.

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable!! It was Christmas Day and I was disappointed that the TV offered had just a few channels and you had to pay extra for Netflix - I had planned to watch NFL all day and relax but I wasn’t going to pay extra to watch TV. Also, because it was Christmas, the restaurant was closed and the offered continental breakfast was Ok but nothing special. The one thing that I found truly odd was that the staff were not very friendly. They were not rude but there was ZERO effort to smile and make me feel welcome. It was VERY NOTICABLE and I was really amazed at the lack of effort. I visited the hotel 2x before staying just to ask questions about amenities and the gentleman that I spoke with both times was VERY BLAND and unfriendly….. for some reason I assumed him to be the manager…. If so that would explain why the other front desk employees were the same way. Overall I had a relaxing time and just stayed to myself. The lady who handled the breakfast was pleasant. So….. it was not terrible at all but I’d pick another place next time because of the lack of friendliness.
