Property is back in and a little hard to find it. Front lobby appeared clean and updated. Parking in back was nice and big lot for a larger vehicle. nice to have multiple access doors. Room was adequate, clean but remodeled rather amaturish. Desk chair would not go high enough to use desk properly. TV screen had black out areas so you knew that it was on the verge of going out. Bathroom was the worst. Had old dropped ceiling tiles that were stained & broken. Towel caddy looked like a cheap shoe tray that was attached upside down to a board that was attached to the wall. Complimentary soaps looked like they had been used and only 1/2 full. Not what I expected for a 4 star rating. At best this was a 2 1/2 or 3.

This was a cute, mostly clean, & comfortable place to stay. The beds & pillows were very fluffy & soft. The breakfast was good with lots of varieties & the coffee was astounding with a cute machine that made different varieties for you. The room was clean & a decent size. The hallway carpet was filthy & stained & the elevator sounded like it was about to die. Overall, a good stay.

My room was clean and smelled nice. There was no "dog smell" and no evidence of pet pee or poop. The staff I encountered were all very pleasant and helpful. I will be staying here whenever I come to Chattanooga!

Vary clean property and was updated fairly well!!! The beds were super comfortable everything went smooth!! They had a good breakfast with some decent options!! Everything overall looked great only thing I noticed while staying there is that you can hear almost everything the people staying around you are saying. Overall a great hotel with good rates and super close to stuff to do downtown Chatanooga is just 15 minutes from there, there is a bass pro right there, plenty of restaurants, and dalton ga is only 20 minutes down the road as well!! Great experience!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy and fast. My only problems were that the AC didnt really cool the room down, and the walls were paper thin so we hear anything and everything and it was very disruptive

There was 3 bus loads of kids for a sporting event or something and we sis not get to have breakfast and i had NO shower, 5 drips of water from the shower head and cold water.
