Great view. Hated that the 5th floor bar was open to the public. Half of the front desk staff were unfriendly. They other half were courteous and helpful. Waitress at breakfast went out of her way to interact with my 5 year old and was the highlight of our visit.

We had a fantastic time at this property, with awesome views of the lake and comfortable driving distance to everything we had planned. There aren't many true lakefront properties available during the off-season, so this was perfect! The renovations to the property were also a plus.

Very clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Decor was dated but well maintained. Only drawback is hearing the street noises as sirens/emergency was close by. Would recommend staying here.

"The restaurant was excellent. The staff at restaurant and hotel were excellent. You can tell the facility is beginning to age and needs some updates. Also some deep cleaning would be good. They do a good job with the surface cleaning but you can see the baseboards need cleaned and dust build up around the edges of the room. The shower squealed and we could hear the neighbors as if they were in the room with us. Overall though, we would definitely go again and this is a great location and a great facility. "
