Relax on the covered patio with a glass of wine and watch the gorgeous sunsets or a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise and hear the rolling waves! Sit back and see the lake and private beach from the living room (leather couches), formal dining room (table seats 6) or kitchen of this 2nd floor, 3rd level unit. This unit has over 1,250 square feet, so you will have plenty of room to enjoy the lakefront views.

Lake Erie Vistas Rules and Regulations
Effective May 31, 2019


Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated.

Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners.

Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks .

Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails.

Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight.

Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited.  If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts.

Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed.

Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed.
For your safety: 
*No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow. 
*Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls. 
*No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only. 
*The lake is dangerous and can be lethal - please respect it.
Please respect our investment and be considerate of others: 
*Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station.
*Clean up trash when leaving beach. 
*Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks.
*Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides.

Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed.
For your safety:  
*No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk.
*No unsupervised swimming.
*No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death.
*No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool 
*No glass in pool area.
*Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained.

Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios.

Condo was nice but not what we hoped for
Condo itself was beautiful. Sadly it wasn’t the cleanest. Both bathrooms mirrors and shower in master were spotty and not all that clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was nice, however The decor was dark and tribal. There was even an Indian headpiece hanging in the living room which was just creepy. They was also a hole behind one of the nightstands where there must have been an outlet at one time. The outlets in the master were also loose and couldn’t hold a plug into them. Location was great but would not chose this condo again.

204 Anniversary Weekend
We stayed here for our 44th wedding anniversary and had a great stay along with going to many of the wineries. Property was very nice and well appointed and equipped. It was very roomy for just the 2 of us and view of the lake is great. About the only negative we had was the main bed was too soft for me as I have back issues and woke up each day with a backache that took several hours to go away. Otherwise very nice unit.

Romantic Getaway
My Fiance' and I stayed for 3 nights and wished it could have been more. Everything was very nice in our condo and the property was exceptional. With so much to do in the area each day, we enjoyed coming back to the beach, pool and quiet evenings on our balcony. We will be back again!

Amazing condo!
What a wonderful time we had at the condo. This unit was very high end with beautiful furnishings, great appliances, and everything you could wish for to make your stay comfortable. The unit was incredibly clean, and every detail was thought of. We spent so much time on the balcony just enjoying the view and the crash of the waves. The beach was clean and perfect for the kids to splash around and play in the sand. This is our second time staying at Lake Erie Vista and I have already booked for next year. Debbie, the property manager, was friendly and helpful.

Great lake front balcony in this condo. Nice beach with Adirondack chairs to sit while enjoying the beach. Condo was nice with a well equipped kitchen. Lights in bedroom could use higher watt bulbs because the bedrooms were very dark. Rooms decorated more for a cabin than a beachfront condo. Short drive to the strip. Great ice cream shop across the street. We enjoyed our stay in this condo.
