-Space for Everyone: We welcome up to two dogs (under 50 lbs) that are kennel-trained! A $150 pet fee applies, and please keep your pups on a leash when enjoying the outdoors as the yard is not fenced, and we have lots of critters around.

Escape to this tranquil two-acre retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet road, perfectly situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge off Birds Creek Rd. Enjoy the privacy of a small, low-traffic neighborhood with ample parking for 4-7 cars. Access is easy via curved paved roads, with the final 1/2 mile on a private gravel lane leading to Holiday Springs. The scenic approach includes a few narrow sections, ensuring a peaceful, secluded atmosphere just minutes from all the action. No 4WD is required unless there is an unusually large snowfall which is rare.

Holiday Springs Cabin boasts over 3,300 square feet of total living and recreation space. The main cabin offers 2,412 square feet of beautifully designed comfort, featuring 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Just steps away in the backyard, your experience extends into a large 900-square-foot private pool house, complete with its own convenient half-bath.



POOL:
Step out to your private 900-square-foot indoor pool oasis, conveniently located just down the back deck steps. This fully climate-controlled retreat features a 12' x 24' pool heated to a comfortable 82–84°F, with depths ranging from 3 to 5 feet (no diving, please). For your convenience, the pool house includes its own private half-bath. To ensure peace of mind for families, the space is equipped with an automatic electronic lock and alarm system to keep the area secure for children.



OUTDOORS:
Experience the ultimate outdoor retreat on our sprawling two-acre property, offering endless space for fun and relaxation. Unwind on the expansive covered decks with breathtaking views, or retreat to the cozy, screened-in porch, complete with a gas fireplace and picnic table for year-round comfort. In the backyard, you can roast marshmallows around the propane firepit or enjoy an alfresco meal at the covered picnic area, featuring a propane grill. For even more relaxation, soak in the six-person hot tub tucked away in its own private, screened-in porch. Active guests will love the front parking lot’s basketball hoop and authentic tetherball pole, while everyone can enjoy the luxury of our dedicated indoor pool house!


LIVING ROOM:
Step into a dramatic yet warm and inviting living room, where soaring vaulted ceilings create a spacious, airy feel perfect for gathering. For those who love the magic of the holidays, we keep the spirit alive all year long with festive Christmas decor, including twinkling trees, reindeer, and snowmen. The heart of the home is our open-concept kitchen and dining area, perfectly positioned adjacent to the living room for effortless entertaining. Designed with foodies in mind, the space comes fully stocked with everything you need—from quality cookware, dishes, and glassware to a wide array of utensils. Coffee lovers will feel right at home with our comprehensive beverage station featuring a standard coffee maker, Keurig, coffee grinder, French press, and an electric tea kettle. We’ve also included thoughtful extras like an electric pancake griddle for family breakfasts, a blender for refreshing drinks, and a crockpot for easy, slow-cooked meals after a day of exploring.

Gather around for meals and conversation in our versatile dining space, which features a beautiful solid wood table with seating for eight. This space also doubles as a cozy sleeping area, featuring a comfortable sofa with a trundle that easily converts into two twin beds—perfect for late-night movie marathons and relaxing stays.
