Wonderful Location in the Smoky Mountains

We really enjoyed our first time visit to the Smoky Mountains complete with a bear sighting as he was lumbering by our rental house one morning. Helene was always quick to respond when I had any questions or concerns. Her home was the perfect spot for our family ages 9-80. It was very clean, easy to get to and had lots of options to keep our kids, younger and older entertained. Soaking in the hot tub at the end of the day with the view of the mountains was so relaxing, Thank you Helene, we look forward to staying here again when our travels take us into the Smoky Mountains.

Great cabin getaway

The cabin is beautiful! Very comfy and cozy. Fully appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean host Helene is extremely responsive and excellent to work with. We had a wonderful time with family and great Thanksgiving weekend! Highly recommend this Home!

Close to activities, but far enough away :)

Great house & views. Love the mostly covered wrap around porch! Super location - near everything but in a quiet rural area. Even had some turkeys meander through the yard. :) Everyone had a fantastic time. No one wanted to leave, including the kiddos. Helene was right on top of everything including texts and instructions for arrival, all kinds of info on the area and even wished us 'Safe Travels' after we departed. Highly recommend this location.

Our stay was great. There are a couple of things that need updating. The bathroom with the tub on the main floor has issues regulating the hot water. The swing set needs to be anchored, my kids that are 6, 7 and 10 weren't allowed to swing on it since I noticed it tipped a little when my smallest was swinging. Besides those things, I would say this was my best stay in TN ever. The owners are very responsive, they came over right away and picked up all the doggy "surprises" the previous tenant left in the general area. The cabin itself was very comfortable, beautifully decorated for the holidays. There are loads of the things for the kids to do. Mine especially loved the theater room. We enjoyed the hot tub and the bbq. The views are AMAZING. I loved my stay and would stay again.

We stayed here over Christmas with sub zero temps and snow covered roads. The property is perfect for families and even allowed our dogs. Property owner was amazing and so easy to work with. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Clean Cabin in a Great Location

Our family of 2 adult children and their spouses, along with 3 grandkids stayed here and we couldn't ask for anything nicer. The cleaning crew clearly takes pride in their work and it smelled very clean the minute we walked in. Nice surprise seeing Christmas trees up (the week before Thanksgiving) ! PLENTY of games, etc to do during our stay. Everything provided in the kitchen was just what we needed for nice family meals/cooking. Great spaces for all ages. Communication with owner was fantastic. We only had one question on operation of hot tub, and it was responded to immediately. Beautiful place to stay, and minutes away from Pigeon Forge.

THE BEST EVER!!!!!

If there were more than 5 stars, I’d give it! There were 6 adults and one teen. Everyone had their space, but so much to do as a family. Beautiful, extremely clean, great location. I could go on and on. If this tells you anything, we’ll be back!!!!!!

A Wonderful Vacation

This home was exactly as described. Lots of different areas for our family of nine plus two dogs to spread out in avoiding too much closeness. Haha. Child gates provided. Child’s booster seat provided. Kitchen size and food storage space on the small side. Outdoor space is amazing. We had a wonderful vacation.

Amazing place for making family memories!

Heart of the Valley was an incredibly beautiful home for our family vacation. The cabin was impeccably clean as well as stocked with everything you could wish for. We spent many mornings and evenings eating meals on the back porch while enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The views from this place take your breath away! The playground area, including the fire pit, was a big hit as well as the media room with all the trimmings. The little putt-putt area and hot tub were fun for the whole family. Thank you for sharing this glorious spot!

Beautiful Tennessee Vacation Home

Double family vacation close to everything in the Smoky Mountains. The house was beautiful and spacious, plenty of space for our two families with tweens and teens! Our host was gracious and helped answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this cabin to families wanting to explore and experience the Smoky Mountains.

Awesome Girls Weekend!

The house was just as described in the listing. The views were beautiful and the sunsets were amazing! We took so many great pictures on the porch. It was very quiet during our stay which was peaceful and despite being able to see neighboring cabins we felt our cabin was very private. The movie room was a hit as we comfortably fit 9 adults for two movie nights. We all enjoyed the arcade games, hot tub, and the pool table. The host provided an awesome welcome basket filled with TN goodies! Communication with the host was awesome and she checked in to make sure everything was going well. We bought groceries for our trip and as we started eating or cleaning up the cabin little things we forgot were provided there for us which was great! For example, cereal bowls, coffee cups, trash bags, and dishwasher pods. The trip was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Home!

We live in FL and visit this area in TN almost every year. This house is by far the best we’ve ever rented. It has plenty of space for a couple families, it was super clean, the beds were really comfortable, kitchen stocked, the kids loved the theater room and that they had their own space downstairs. The hot tub was also a hit with the kids. LOVED the fire pit! The views are amazing! I just hope it’s available when we plan our next visit!

Great Space and Location

We loved Heart of The Valley! It had more than enough space for our family of 5 adults and two small pups. We enjoyed the fire pit and fire place in the cool evenings and the views during the day were just beautiful. The pin ball machine and pool table were a hit. Close to everything but away from the hustle and bussle. The fenced in yard and deck were great for the dogs. Thanks Helene!

The cabin location was great! Close to downtown, but still far enough away. Cabin was very nice! Only one issue with the hot tub, but owner was very responsive and had someone come to help with the issue right away.

Family 2022

5 star all the way. Great for family and kids. The girls loved the theater room with the cars and all the games to play. The fenced in yard with play set and swings and fire pit was awesome. We have a little dog and the fenced in yard was the best and also the wrap around porch was also fenced. The house was very kid friendly. The beds were very comfy. Would definitely recommend. Family vacation

We had a wonderful time! Great location. House was beautiful with enough space for the 11 of us. The kids loved the cool movie room and game room. Beds were super comfortable . With it being January, we were not able to enjoy the fire pit or play ground. But it was a great outside area! Even had a little putt putt coarse on the side of house. The owners were great to work with. Owners responded promptly with any questions we had and was texting us the night of arrival to make sure we arrived safely. Super friendly and great to work with! Very enjoyable weekend- would highly recommend!
