"I stayed at another sonesta hotel in Florida which is why I chose this one and so glad I did! I had one of the rooms with a city view which was great. The staff was also very helpful and kind. I was initially checked in by Deo. I did arrive early so my room wasn’t ready so I agreed to a different room but it wasn’t one with a view and I didn’t like it so I went back down and another lady helped me switch back to my originally room. I don’t recall her name but she was very patient. The rest of my stay, Zack helped me and he was really sweet. The only downside is the parking. It’s $32 per day for an in and out pass since the hotel doesn’t own the parking lot so it quite expensive. Other than that, I loved my stay."

"We chose this hotel specifically because they’re dog friendly, and we were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in, the lobby made an impression, marble columns, warm lighting, and so many lush plants it feels like stepping into a greenhouse. The rooms were spotless with clean, modern décor, and housekeeping was exceptional. The front desk staff were genuinely wonderful. When I struggled with the offsite parking directions, one attendant handed me a map she had just created for guests, that kind of in-the-moment thoughtfulness is rare. One heads-up: the skywalk to offsite parking is oddly closed on weekends, so you have to walk outside around the corner and ring an after-hours buzzer for access. Underground parking was clean & secured, but kind of a pain. Highly recommend, we’ll absolutely be back! "
