Even though it wasn't cleaned good, looked like some repair work in room didn't get cleaned up afterwards, the stay was quiet and easily to return to after driving around, had a back entrance. Staff was very nice! Shower was amazing and hot water never ran out! Would definitely stay here again! No BUGS in room! Very good price! Pool was very clean.

You pay a cheap price you get a cheap room

Doors to get in room where stuck hard to open, bathroom door would not close, knob broken in shower did not work, mirror on wall broken in pieces had to change rooms, next room was worse smelled like weed and smoke, comforter full of burnt holes, shower was nasty looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks, blow dryer broken, once in the room the door was hard to open to get out

Gross.

Its dirty and luckily we stayed just for 1 night but definitely need to clean room better fix broken trim on room doors, needs new bathtubs, fix lighting, need to clean the rooms properly all the way around. I hear they under construction but the room i stayed in was "remodeled" couldnt tell with the flooring and poor plumbing. Do better. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere. Its definitely sketchy and ghetto.

At first I was relieved to see that it was under new management. But it seems that even with new, they are still overrun with people hanging out, wandering through the parking lot and loitering by vehicles. Had hope that after dark things would quiet down, but it remained constant throughout the night. Even witnessed several male peering through car windows like they were shopping. Staff was “sorry” but offered no remedy. The room smelled like mold and unwashed linen. Stains on the bedcovers. Dirt/dust in the corners. It was obvious that there was an attempt to make things presentable, but it couldn’t overcome the overall condition. Did not stay the night.

Bed linens are dirty, furniture broken, bath tub dirty and broken. When I checked in around 11pm, I told him I'm checking in. That staff was looking at the computer for 5mins and he asked me, "what can I do for you?" :) Many homeless people are walking thru the property at the night. Seems unsafe and cost is high for this setup.

In middle of remodel!!

Room was in the middle of renovation. Tub was disgusting! Floors were dirty with grout from shoes. Plug ins were very loose. The service I received at the front desk was phenomenal! They tried to make it right with a discount. They were very helpful!!

The door had been previously kicked in. The door jam and lock area were broken because of this, and the door didn't close completely, so you could stick you hand between the bottom of the door and the door jam itself. The room smelled as if a family of skunks had been living in it. There was what was either fecal matter or dried up blood dripping down several walls. There were food wrappers and what looked like bug larva in the desk drawer. The TV didn't work. The bathroom looked like it was recently remodeled because there was dried up caulking all over the bathtub and floor. I went down to the front desk attendant to ask for a different room and showed him the picture of the door. He said yes it had been kicked in previously, but it was perfectly safe. He said they had no more rooms they were very busy. The parking lot had 3 cars total in it. All the left over material from remodeling shower areas was lying outside on the sidewalk. I can't believe this was even associated to Expedia. I don't know if I'd be comfortable using them again, for this very reason.

Absolutely disgusting!!

It was terrible, and we left. The agent said I would get a full refund and he booked us at the Motel 6 down the road. It was very clean! That was all that I asked! It didn’t have to be fancy, but nasty was unacceptable. The Residency Inn was So bad, that I could not stand to use the toilet, let a lone take a shower. It was too dirty for a dog to stay. Floor was dirty, as was the sink, fridge, microwave-which wouldn’t work either! I was told to leave and did not have to go to the front desk to check out, and would be getting a full refund, which I’m still waiting on!
