Welcome to Casa del Costa! Located in the Beautiful Pointe West Beach Resort Community.

RELAX in our Beautiful, Immaculate and thoughtfully appointed coastal home, with a 2 minute walk our quiet, PEDESTRIAN only beach. Take in views of the bay and the ocean from our top deck. EACH bedroom has an en suite bathroom for privacy and convenience.

GREAT 1 GIG WiFi coverage throughout the home, for working remotely, online learning or just streaming your favorite movies! Our home has 2 smart TV's. Both are pre-programmed with hundreds of channels and streaming apps. Large 55" flat screen upstairs in the living room for your family time and flatscreens also in each bedroom.

LOTS of games, cards and puzzles for quality family time activities. Kids bunk room has its own DVD player and a large collection of movies as well as Nintendo Classic and PS4 for indoor entertainment.

Our “cooks’ kitchen” has all the tools & gadgets needed to prepare meals and entertain your guests and family. You will find a variety of herbs and spices available to flavor your favorite dishes. Come ready to BBQ on our Weber
GAS Grill located on the top deck outside the kitchen-or-down on the 1st floor you'll find a CHARCOAL grill too.

The outdoor spaces are large and comfortable! 1st floor patio boasts an Enclosed Outdoor Shower. The "shed" is loaded with beach chairs, pails, frisbees, boogie boards. Have fun in the backyard with a game of Corn Hole! Wind down in our Hammock Swing Chairs, guaranteed to relax and calm the soul. (Also great for putting babies to sleep!) Adirondacks, Outdoor Cooler and a Fire Table for gathering around in the evenings. (Don't forget to bring fixins' for S'mores!)

Beautiful stay

Our family had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of space inside and out. We enjoyed the decks and patio which had nice seating, hammocks and fire pits. The beach is right there, wide open, and had hardly anyone else on it. The host provided great communication, easy check in, and check out. They provided lots of thoughtful items you don't see elsewhere. There are plenty of pans, dishes, towels, throw blankets, etc. We went to several locally owned places nearby (grocery, seafood market, restaurant) and everyone was incredibly nice. Relaxing week at Point West!

We spent Spring Break at Point West in this lovely house! The owner was accommodating and responsive, the house was even better in person than it appeared in pics, it was well equipped with everything we needed to make wonderful meals. The whole trip was perfect all the way around!

Beautifully Appointed Beach House

The property was located ideally close to the beach as well as the Pointe West Club. The Pointe West Club maintains a large swimming pool complex as well as a Lazy River. The grandkids loved all three venues, the beach, the pool and the lazy river. The home was very comfortable with a great kitchen equipped for all your vacation needs. The property was very clean and well maintained. Five Stars!

So much I can say about this property but I will sum it up short and sweet. Absolutely beautiful, well taken care of, and on of the cleanest beach houses we have ever stayed at. We absolutely loved it and Cheryl was in contact with us all trip making sure everything was good and would even let us know when rain was headed that way. 100% recommend this place. Perfect spot to relax

Great family beach house.

This is a wonderful property for a family of all ages within an easy walk to the beach. We have been coming to Pointe West for over 5 years and this was one of the best. The home was clean, comfortable and well-appointed and sunsets from the upper deck were amazing! Will stay here again!

Great stay at the beach

Everything about the house and resort were exceptional. We especially loved the beach items available that we didn't have to bring (boogie boards, wagon, sand toys, etc). The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own bathroom. The main bedroom and bath were so comfortable and roomy. We can't wait to come back next year!

Relaxation at the coast

This was just what we were looking for. Far enough away from the crowds of Galveston, but close enough to get there for anything we needed. The house was beautiful and true to the pictures. We did go to the beach club and it was ok. Some things were not open, but that’s ok. Would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate and Beautiful

We had a perfect long weekend. The cleanest property I have ever stayed at! We really appreciated being comfortable using linens, couches, kitchen etc. Kitchen was fully stocked. Had all the comforts of home. We were able to relax knowing that we had everything we needed, and we were in a clean environment. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
