Bed was super comfortable, water pressure wasn’t the best and water was only slightly warm. They did run out of breakfast the first morning there so we decided to just spend the money to eat out for breakfast as well. Other than that the room was good, decently clean. Staff were nice.

check in staff were very nice, but the room was extremely terrible. mold was growing on everything and was 100% airborne. we were only looking for a place to sleep as we came into town later in the evening and were leaving early the next morning. i also am not very picky when it comes to just sleeping. it was so bad we got a refund and spent an hour or so finding somewhere else to sleep. definitely do not recommend until they do a full remodel

First of all, the directions to get there weren't clear. It was advertised as having a pool, but it wasn't in operation; the door couldn't be locked; the shampoo provided wasn't enough; and the breakfast area didn't look clean.

We were put on the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room smelled like moldy water, the carpet and bed had alot of moisture. The shower didn't work so they had to let us shower in a room that someone checked out of (beds were unmade, so you know someone had just left). People hung out in the parking lot drinking and even brought chairs to sit amd drink. We drove from Dallas to stay the night close to Galveston the day before our anniversary cruise. Realized only afterwards as to why the room was so cheap.
