It’s another agency that does properties in conjunction with lots of individual owners, like Vrbo. I do not recommend. Look for another Vrbo. This Vrbo is run by a whole other vacation rental company. So they have you sign a whole bunch of other documents outside of what you sign for Vrbo. You have to go to another website to get check in info. The owner of this Vrbo was not aware that they had people booked for the days of the trip. They did not check whatever it is that they would be notified and the company did not confirm the status with the owner. The owner was there and had their stuff, slept in the bed, cooked, covered up things, had paint cans and other repair equipment lying around. I did not see the grill that was listed either. It looked cute and if it was ready I bet it would have been a nice stay. But I repeat this is not run by Vrbo only but by another company. They do the same thing as Vrbo but is using this platform to do the same job, with separate paper work and separate communication to the owners of the rentals. We did not stay here as we felt unsafe and we were able to talk to the vacation company to get redirected and partially reimbursed.
