I reserved an accessible room. When I got to my room it was not. I called the front desk and was told that my room was being worked on. No problem. But would have been nice if they told me upfront and apologized instead of silence and a surprise. Room was clean and acceptable though.

The front desk was defiantly unhelpful and seem to take pleasure in screwing me out of some money. The absolute worst customer service imaginable. The room was barely adequate and the breakfast was terrible. Hard to see how they could have done worse. Stay away.

Great location the staff I met so far have been very polite I didn’t go to breakfast but I would say don’t expect a full course meal but the area was very clean i also suggest not getting the room right next to the office because you can hear the people who do get breakfast through the wall but the place is definitely a place i recommend staying if you on a budget or quick last minute getaway and the Waffle House is in walking distance same parking lot actually

staff was rude I was not told ahead of time a hold of the room rate was going to be taken then after I checked in they charged my card again and it took a week before hold was released back into my account when I talked to the staff she was rude and practically scolded me for trying to contact management for help with my issue....id rather pay a little more and stay in a friendly place with no holds placed on my accounts
