Just a short walk to the beach, allowing you to easily spend your days lounging in the sun or enjoying the heated pool, pickleball court, tennis courts, basketball court, and bocce ball court. When you`re ready to relax, the rental offers a comfortable living space with all the amenities you need.
To help maintain a relaxing beachfront environment for all guests and residents, please review the following guidelines. Guests will also sign an Occupancy Rental Agreement at check-in confirming these policies.

The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older. Subletting is not permitted, and all guests must be registered at check-in.

Pets are not permitted on the property or inside rental units for guest reservations.

We have stayed here 2 other times and it was great but this time it was not. The AC leaked water every day that we had to clean up. Manager gave us 2 more towels. The bed was uncomfortable for us. People were smoking marijuana on the balcony. We will not be coming back.
