First room given and hallway on fourth floor had been overly cleaned with solution that gave us headaches and discomfort. When we requested a new room, we were shown a room with a different odor. Stale, vomit-like smell. Third room we had to take since we were in town for a big national track meet. We could not get a room in town. The charge for this room for one night is outrageous considering the poor attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance of room and property.

I usually don't like to say anything negative, but this property was definitely a disappointment. When I go to hotels having a gym is very important to me. This gym is in an outside building. There is carpet on the floor that is stained there's three pieces of cardio equipment one of them makes a horrific noise so couldn't be used. The universal weight machine was out of service and there were six free weights. In the smell that assaulted you when you open the door was awful. The room itself was fine. It seemed clean again when you open the door your hit with a very musty smell. It seems like the hotel is trying to renovate and modernize, but it has not reached the bathroom shower area yet The breakfast was good.

We booked this hotel after having to cancel at the Days Inn nearby due to not feeling comfortable. We received a remodeled room that was clean and had tasteful updates. They had a fair selection for breakfast. I would rebook this hotel if in town again.
