The room was great, clean, spacious with a great view of the Ferris wheel and the harbor. The staff was pleasant and professional always gracious and greeting us with a friendly smile. The location is also great, with an entrance to the mall and everything in walking distance.

We like everything about this hotel, location, breakfast, staff, service, but the non smoking room we stayed had cigarettes smell coming from the ventilation which made us sick especially when we woke up in the morning.

Location is good. Staff were helpful and provided what we needed. There’s no iron/board in the room but it will be sent to the room upon request. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choices. I reserved a non smoking room. I’m very sensitive with the cigarette smell and I can smell some remnants of the smell of the cigarettes. We were offered to transfer to another room.

We come to Yokohama every year, but this was our first stay at The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu. The room was very clean. The pictures do not do justice to how nice the space is. The balcony rooms have wonderful views of the bay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There are so many places to eat and shop nearby. By far this is one of our new favorite hotels in Yokohama. We will definitely stay here again next year. It exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast is great. Perfect spot for exploring Yokohama or a nice stop before heading to Haneda airport. The only criticism is that you need to pay for the use of the pool.

We didn't have breakfast included but it has easy access to the train station, malls, and restaurants. Cosmo World was a block away and the cup noodle museum. Stuff were very helpful. I plan to stay here again on my next trip back to Japan.

Great hotel in a great location. Wonderful service, clean room and facilities. We were walking distance to a lot of sights include the well designed Cup Ramen Museum and others. Our view of the ocean from the Executive Club floor was fantastic as was our balcony with room to sit out side. Really enjoyed our stay!

The room was satisfactory. The breakfast was very varied and had lots of options. There was no hot chocolate. And they offered nothing for my friend's birthday. Not even a cake or decoration.
